In our opinion, an Insurer needs PSB in three key moments:

  • When the Insurer is keen to get into the new Market: at this stage we create the technical and legal basis that will enable to face the future development of the activities. According with the Insurance Company, we build the underwriting matrix process, share our legal and technical knowledge arising from specific markets, organize the entire production program starting from the request of coverage, going through risk assesment up to the issuance of the policy and the distributions of the insurance products. This way, we build a robust structure for the following steps, analysing all the critical points that potentially could slow down the distribution. The policy documents, digital signatures, agreements with the Italian Regulator Authority, the arrangements with Reinsures, the organization of the Auditing model, the mandatory sector contracts, are only some part of the  work we set up and organize together with our Insurance Partner.
  • The real start in writing business: as soon as we set up all the required features of the insurance products that the Insurer needs, we take care of the distributional part through branches live in different Italian strategic Cities and thanks to an important sales network of Agents and Brokers. We handle requests through an underwriting structure with a high technical and professional standard, maintaining in this way an hi-level of income risks to achieve important results for the Insurance Companies. Besides human capital, we use a sophisticated IT system aimed to support the entire process from entering data at the request stage to issuing final contracts. All this is done while maintaining perfect harmony/coordination with the administrative system and providing periodic reports and stats for the activities in progress.
  • Post-sales management: we handle the claims management representing the insurers and protecting the interests in the quantification and settlement stage of claims. Doing this, we keep very clear in mind relations with the Authorities, monitoring juridical developments and suggesting any changes necessary according to the law. We manage the complaints that might arise from the market, checking the deadlines and updating the documentatory by sharing all the useful information, and protecting the regularity in the administrative fulfilment of receipts and payments, taking care to release the risks that are no longer live and keeping the documentation of the customers and operators always updated.
